Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

We ask that you please cancel or reschedule at least 2 days in advance to your appointment. Any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment  you may be subject to a Cancellation/No-Show fee. Any service exceeding 3 hours must be cancelled 48 hours prior.  

*Specialty service requires a non-refundable deposit of half the value of the service(s). Deposit will go towards day of service.

 

*Reschedule Policy: I ask that you please give a minimum of 48 hour notice as a courtesy to schedule an awaiting client in a timely manner. Reschedules are limited.

 

Cancellation Policy: An automated confirmation email/text (must confirm) will be sent 4 days prior to scheduled appointment then a reminder notification will follow at least 2 days prior to appointment. Any appointment canceled within less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to half the service amount.

*Reservations made online will be auto charged by system.

*All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

 

Redo/Refund Policy

If for any reason your service is not want you expected or you are unhappy please feel free to contact me immediately & I will do my very best to make it right. All redo's must be corrected within one week of service date. Any time after that may be subject to additional charges if appointment becomes a maintenance appointment. I do NOT offer refunds unless under extreme conditions.  My priority is make sure that each client is completely satisfied with their service so please do not hesitate to contact me!

Consultation Policy

*Consultations are free within a 15 minute time frame. Anything that exceeds 15 mins will be charged a $30 consultation fee so please have photos and questions ready!

*Any consultation that results in same day service will waive consultation fee & deposit.

*Deposits may be required depending on service(s). All deposits will go towards day of service.
