No-Stress Notification: An automated "Confirmation email/text" (must confirm) will be sent 4 days prior to scheduled appointment then a "Reminder notification" will follow at least 2 days prior to your appointment.  You will have plenty of notification before hand so no stress!

 

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

To protect my time and sustain my business I ask that you please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to your appointment as a courtesy to schedule an awaiting client in a timely manner. I get it, I understand life happens! Please feel free to contact me in case of an unexpected change. (No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment  you may be subject to a Cancellation/No-Show fee.)

*Cancellation Fees: Any appointment canceled within less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to half the service amount unless rescheduled within 2 weeks. Same day cancellations, no-shows, or service change are subject up to 100% service fee.

 

*Deposits: Specialty service requires a non-refundable deposit of half the value of the service(s). Deposit will go towards day of service. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to a rescheduled date within 2 weeks.

 

*Reservations made online automatically agree to cancelation policy.

 

*Any appointment that is not confirmed by the appointment date will be considered a cancellation/no-show.

 

Redo/Refund Policy

If for any reason your service is not want you expected or you are unhappy please feel free to contact me immediately & I will do my very best to make it right. All redo's must be corrected within one week of service date. Redos may be subject to additional charges if service is not original to appointment or if redo is not is scheduled after 7 business days which becomes a maintenance appointment. I do NOT offer refunds unless under extreme conditions.  My priority is make sure that each client is completely satisfied with their service so please do not hesitate to contact me!

Consultation Policy

*Consultations are free within a 15 minute time frame. Anything that exceeds 15 mins will be charged a $30 consultation fee so please have photos and questions ready!

*Any consultation that results in same day service will waive consultation fee & deposit.

*Deposits may be required depending on service(s). All deposits will go towards day of service.
